I remember seeing him perform on TV as a kid, I can not remember one effect he did, but I clearly remember his style. When the magic happened, the look of astonishment and wonder on his face mirrored the reaction he was going for with his audience. It was almost as if he wasn’t making the magic happen, he was simply the venue the magic was using.
