I liked the effect as a whole. 4 out of 5 was not a negative, it was a positive!

I couldn’t wait to make this set-up ,saw the show on Sunday had the device made by Monday(it’s in his lecture notes). Once you have the setup you’ll perform it anywhere, Gas Station, Supermarket, Library, standing in line at the bank any excuse will do! If your unable to see Geoff’s lecture it’s worth it to go to his site and purchase his lecture notes and help support a great entertainer

@Geoff – Have you ever lectured in Salt Lake? Diamond Jim Davis and I can make the arrangements if you’re interested. I’d love to meet you in person and steal ideas from your lecture!

Though I saw EAR on the DVDs, it was even more fun in person. I really don’t have any place I expect to use it, but I’m definitely going to make one! I don’t know if my personality is the right one for this thing, but maybe because I’m a bit more reserved, it could be that much more bizarre!

Anyway, if it only comes out for family gatherings, that’s fine.

BTW, Geoff’s lecture is outstanding for anyone looking for lecturers.

So your soap on a rope is a radio. Now that’s cool. Without getting into too much detail about how the thing works in a public setting . . . part of the problem is the wardrobe. Jim’s costumes are very specific. That makes things a bit uncomfortable.

I usually realize I still have mine on as I step into the shower.

Thanks, DJD.
