I may run into someone that I just met in line at the grocery. Am I dressed so that I look like I care about how I look and smell? I can be in shorts and a t-shirt but is it clean, is my teeth combed and my hair brushed? Oops, switch that.

Oh, are my business cards in good to great order as well? Makes a difference between them calling you or calling your competitor.
