The excuses come out then, “I just ran out of time” and “I lost their info.”

I don’t know how many times I have misplaced the card because I didn’t have a system in place. Now, I immediately setup my calendar to email me when I need to call my contact.

No more excuses just contacting and possibly making someones day.
